Dear ISVO Member,

Please see the announcement below regarding the General Meeting to be held this month. As an individual member, you are eligible to vote in this meeting. If you are unable to attend, please could we strongly encourage you to assign a member to act as a proxy on your behalf. This will help us to reach the required quorum of members required by our bylaws.

NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING & ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS

In accordance with its bylaws, the ISVO will hold its General Meeting on June 12 at 23:00 UTC (GMT). This meeting will be online only. A link to access the remote meeting will be provided to members at least 24 hours before the meeting.

If you are unable to attend, please reply permitting the Secretary (or another member you appoint) to act as your proxy. In accordance with the ISVO Bylaws, only members who pay individual dues can vote at the general meeting (i.e., members through an organizational membership cannot vote at the meeting).
